Privacy Policy
Last updated on June 3, 2026.
Introduction
MAESON Technologies LLC ("MAESON Technologies," "we," "our," or "us") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and what rights and choices you have in connection with that data when you access or use our software, websites, platforms, applications, APIs, tools, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
This Privacy Policy also describes how you can access, update, or request deletion of your personal data, and outlines privacy rights that may apply to you under applicable federal, state, or international law.
Take a moment to read this Privacy Policy. Using the Service means you are aware of how we handle your personal information as described here.
This Privacy Policy covers MAESON Technologies acting as a data controller. When MAESON Technologies processes personal data solely on behalf of a business customer as a service provider or processor, that processing is governed by the agreement between us and that customer rather than this Policy.
1. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data in several ways — directly from you, automatically through your use of the Service, and in some cases from third parties.
Account Information: When you register for an account or request information about the Service, we may collect identifiers such as your name, email address, username, company or organization name, and any other details you choose to provide.
Payment Information: If you purchase access to paid features or services, we collect information necessary to process your payment. Card numbers and other sensitive financial data are handled directly by our third-party payment processors and are not stored on our systems.
Inputs and Outputs: The Service allows you to submit content including prompts, messages, files, code, and other data ("Inputs") and receive generated responses, results, or other content in return ("Outputs"). If your Inputs contain personal data, that information may be processed by the Service and could appear in your Outputs.
Communications: When you reach out to us for support or any other reason, we collect your name, contact details, and the substance of your message.
Feedback: If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ratings, or other comments about the Service, we collect and retain that information along with any context from the relevant interaction.
Technical and Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including device identifiers, browser type, operating system, IP address, log data, clickstream data, feature usage patterns, and approximate location inferred from your IP address. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect some of this information.
MAESON Technologies does not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data — such as genetic information, biometric identifiers, health records, religious beliefs, or similar data — unless specifically disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take steps to investigate and, where appropriate, remove the associated data and account.
2. How We Use Personal Data
We use the personal data we collect to operate and deliver the Service, keep it secure, and make it better over time.
Specifically, we may use personal data to set up and manage user accounts; process transactions, subscriptions, and billing; provide technical support and respond to your questions; monitor and analyze usage patterns and Service performance; develop new features and improve existing ones; and send you communications about your account, product updates, security notices, and where permitted, information about our offerings.
We also use personal data to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Service; meet our legal and regulatory obligations; enforce our agreements and policies; protect the rights, safety, and property of MAESON Technologies and others; and resolve disputes.
We will not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models, and will not permit third parties to do so, except in the following limited circumstances: you have explicitly opted in to such use; the content was voluntarily submitted as Feedback; the content was flagged or reported for safety, abuse, or policy review and is used solely to improve our detection and enforcement systems; or such use is otherwise permitted by law and disclosed to you.
We may create aggregated or de-identified datasets that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We may use such data freely for analytics, research, product development, and other business purposes.
3. How We Share Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data only in the ways described below.
Service Providers: We work with vendors, contractors, and technology partners who help us build, run, secure, and support the Service. These may include cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics platforms, customer support tools, communications services, security vendors, and compliance providers. These parties access personal data only as needed to perform services for us.
Business Transactions: If MAESON Technologies undergoes a merger, acquisition, asset sale, financing, reorganization, or similar corporate transaction, personal data may be shared with or transferred to the relevant parties as part of that transaction.
Legal and Safety Disclosures: We may disclose personal data to courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities when we believe disclosure is required or permitted by law, necessary to respond to valid legal process, or needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of MAESON Technologies, our users, or the public.
Affiliates: We may share personal data with entities under common ownership or control with MAESON Technologies. Any such affiliates will handle personal data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Integrations: The Service may connect to or link to external platforms, applications, APIs, or websites. If you choose to use those integrations or follow those links, your data may be shared with those third parties and will be subject to their own privacy policies.
Organizational Accounts: If your account is associated with a company, team, or organizational account, administrators of that account may be able to view account-related details such as your email address, account status, and usage activity.
User-Directed Sharing: Some features let you share content, projects, or other materials with other users or connected applications. Anything you choose to share is subject to the recipient's own policies and practices.
With Your Permission: We may share personal data with third parties when you direct us to or provide your consent to do so.
4. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain the Service, satisfy our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
How long we retain specific data depends on factors including the type and sensitivity of the data, the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal requirements, and your account settings or preferences.
Certain data generated during your use of the Service — such as logs and session data — may be retained for a limited window for purposes including security monitoring, debugging, and abuse prevention.
When personal data is no longer needed, we and our service providers will delete, anonymize, or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law and our internal data management practices.
5. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, and destruction.
No system or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should exercise judgment about what information you share through any online service, including ours.
MAESON Technologies is not liable for the circumvention of security measures on the Service or on third-party platforms, applications, or integrations that may be connected to or accessed through the Service.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you are located and the laws that apply to you, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal data. These may include the right to know what personal data we hold about you; access and receive a copy of it in a portable format; request that inaccurate data be corrected; request deletion of your data; object to or ask us to restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent; appeal a decision we make on your privacy request; and file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To submit a privacy request or ask questions about your data, you or an authorized agent may contact us at support@maeson.tech. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on your request.
We will not treat you differently or penalize you for exercising any privacy rights available to you under applicable law.
MAESON Technologies does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We do not use sensitive personal data to draw inferences about your characteristics or behavior.
7. International Data Transfers
MAESON Technologies is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws of your home country. When we transfer personal data internationally, we apply the protections described in this Privacy Policy and use lawful transfer mechanisms where required by applicable law.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with specific data transfer requirements, please be aware that your personal data may be transferred outside your region. Where required, MAESON Technologies will rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Jurisdiction-Specific Disclosures
Residents of certain states or countries may be entitled to additional disclosures or rights under local law. This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy for those individuals.
Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional information about the categories of personal data we collect, the purposes and legal bases for collecting and using it, the categories of sources from which we obtain personal data, the third parties we share it with, and the retention periods that apply.
Such disclosures may appear within this Privacy Policy, in a supplemental notice, or through a separate notice made available in connection with the Service.
9. Privacy Policy Changes
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make changes, we will post the updated version and update the effective date shown at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we may provide additional notice such as an email notification or an in-app prompt.
Your continued use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.
10. Contacting Us
